Optimal Surgical Margin in Nephron-sparing Surgery for T1b Renal Cell Carcinoma

Simple enucleation of T1b RCCs was associated with a
significant risk of incomplete tumor excision. PN may be
optimal for treating patients with T1b RCC, with 4 mm
being the optimal surgical margin, because all extra-PS
 (pseudocapsule)  lesions were within 3 mm of the primary tumors.
