I-Stop TOMS Transobturator Male Sling, a Minimally Invasive Treatment for Postprostatectomy Incontinence

The I-STOP TOMS is an appropriate choice for nonradiated
patients with mild to moderate post-prostatectomy
SUI. At 12 months, most patients were continent or
had improved continence. The operation time was short,
and the intervention was well tolerated, with minimal
postimplantation pain and few cases of infection.

Suburethral I-STOP TOMS is a monofilament polypropylene (macropores 75 m) nonextensible 4-arm sling
(2 arms on each side). Dimensions are 45 cm 1.4 cm, with a 2.8-cm central part placed over urethra.
